Company Info History Established in 2003, Bedtime Linens & Home Decor is a subsidiary of VFT, Inc and Shinih Enterprise Co., LTD. Bedtime Linens & Home Decor is backed by over 40 years reputable experience in quality production within the non-woven textiles market. Bedtime Linens & Home decor is a subsidiary of Shinih Enterprise Co., LTD. Timeline 1962 Shinih Enterprise Co., LTD. founded by Mr. Tien-Sheng Chien. 1965 The pioneer in automatic production of polyester staple fiber quilt in Taiwan. 1971 Successfully developed the production of resin bonded batting and needle punched fabrics. 1982 Expanded the production of automobile carpet. 1984 Authorized by DuPont to produce and market Dacron batting products in Taiwan. 1985 Authorized by Dupont to produce and market Dacron bedding products in Taiwan. 1988 Formed a joint venture with Japan Kureha and invested Taiwan Kureha Co., Ltd. 1991 Vertical Folding Technology (VFT) was successfully developed under patent protection and a global strategy alliance formed with DuPont. 1993 Established Shinih Fiber Products (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. in China and licensed by DuPont in Dacron batting and bedding products. 1997 Dong Guan Shinih Fiber Products Co., Ltd. in China was established to meet increasing demand of the market. 1998 Joint venture between Shinih Suzhou and DuPont China Holding Company. 2000 Invested and hold 100% share of VFT Inc. Established Hangzhou Shinih Fiber Products Co., Ltd. And Shinih Fiber Products(Tang Shan) Co., Ltd. 2001 Initial public offering of Shinih Enterprise Co., LTD. within the Taiwan Stock Exchange. Joint venture with Japan Kureha and established Kureha Thailand Co., Ltd. Invested in Taixin Fiber Products (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. 2002 Established "Shinih (Vietnam) Co., Ltd." plant. 2003 Established Bedtime Linens & Home Decor, Incorporated.
